FAEP Ocala Equine Conference 2026 – Branding Implementation & Conference Collateral

For the FAEP Ocala Equine Conference 2026, I was responsible for supporting the branding implementation and collateral development for one of FAEP’s key equine conferences. My responsibilities included creating and refining a cohesive set of materials across digital graphics, print collateral, signage, social media assets, and event-facing designs while maintaining consistency with FAEP and FVMA brand standards.

Challenge: The primary challenge was refining and modifying the OEC branding after several years since the last Ocala Equine Conference. Due to the project timeline and the need to reintroduce the conference with a refreshed visual presence, the branding had to feel updated, professional, and cohesive while still maintaining a strong connection to FAEP’s equine-focused audience.

Solution: I developed a cohesive design approach that balanced clean conference branding with equine-centered visuals and a refined event style. By applying consistent typography, layout structure, color usage, and supporting design elements, I helped create a flexible visual system that could translate across print, digital, signage, and promotional materials.

Outcome: The final branding and collateral helped create a polished and consistent presence for the FAEP Ocala Equine Conference 2026. The design system supported attendee communication, sponsor visibility, and event promotion while reinforcing OEC’s role as a trusted continuing education experience for equine veterinary professionals.
